By using Newroomai you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not upload images you do not have the right to use, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use automated means to access it without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms at any time without notice.
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: your account information (managed by Clerk) and the images you upload for processing.
Images you upload are sent to OpenAI's API for processing and are not stored on our servers after generation is complete. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for debugging and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for 30 days.
Images generated by Newroomai are produced by third-party AI models. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or fitness of generated results.
Newroomai™ is a trademark. The service, design, and code are proprietary. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Newroomai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
